Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute daily inventory management and stock organization for weekend shifts.
- Manage the loading, unloading, and staging of freight with precision and speed.
- Provide exceptional front-line customer service to clients and visitors during peak hours.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all outgoing products meet company standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in training new part-time weekend staff on operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, retail, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with handheld scanners and basic computer software.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is a plus.
