Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and staff supervision during the weekend shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews to ensure team alignment.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or retail supervision.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
