Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations during the weekend shift, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Manage and mentor a team of warehouse associates, conducting shift briefings and providing constructive performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee the accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to maintain high order accuracy rates.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve any operational bottlenecks or supply chain disruptions immediately.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment inspections to ensure a hazard-free working environment.
- Process paperwork and digital logs, including shipping manifests and inventory reports, with 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory control software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate heavy machinery (Forklift Certified preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
