Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments: Ensure all outgoing orders are accurately packed and ready for delivery on time.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the receiving and stocking of goods, maintaining accurate stock levels and organization.
- Load and Unload Trucks: Safely operate equipment (or manual labor) to move pallets and boxes to and from delivery vehicles.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets safety standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team to meet daily production goals and maintain a clean work environment.
- Customer Support: Assist with answering inquiries regarding order status and resolving minor issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- No Experience Necessary: We train all new hires on site. A willingness to learn is the only prerequisite.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for counting and weighing items.
