Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations during the weekend shift to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels for incoming shipments.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company compliance standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal teams and clients.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in training new hires on weekend procedures and operational workflows.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Washington, DC location.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
