Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and speed.
- Perform quality control checks on all products before and after storage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
