Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist customers and clients with inquiries, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet weekly operational targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment as required.
- Handle cash handling and point-of-sale transactions with integrity.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
