Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks with precision and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Assist in inventory management, stock organization, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure continuity of operations.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Support management with reporting and data entry as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is required.
