Responsibilities
- Efficiently process and package incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification is a plus).
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Handle merchandise with care to prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or radio devices.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
