Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complex inquiries on the spot.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to manage inventory and product availability.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct briefings to align the team on daily goals.
- Monitor quality assurance standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and cash reconciliation accurately.
- Address customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or operations.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, specifically on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID for immediate background check.
