Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and tidy at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle returns.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to management.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding merchandise handling.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically including weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
