Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a memorable shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and store goals.
- Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods (4-8 hours).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Availability to work a consistent schedule, primarily on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
