Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries and product selection.
- Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, shelving merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and welcoming.
- Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash or digital payments.
- Collaborate with the team to restock inventory and rotate products to ensure freshness and availability.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and signage for weekend sales events.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged goods to management immediately.
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and maintain a professional, positive attitude throughout your shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Reliable transportation to and from the New York location.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
