The Role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused professional to assist with store operations during peak weekend hours. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and checkout processes.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in processing stock orders.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical duties (lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience is a plus.
