Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.
- Stock merchandise and organize displays to maintain a clean, appealing store layout.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and process returns with precision.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
