Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and workflow during weekend shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising.
- Train and mentor part-time weekend staff members.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
