Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure store readiness during weekend shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive sales and client satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and visual merchandising displays.
- Process cash transactions and maintain accurate point-of-sale records.
- Monitor store security, safety protocols, and facility cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the floor team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation to the Cleveland location.
