Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers visiting our Fort Worth location.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to company standards.
- Assist in organizing the sales floor to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and operational goals.
- Handle cash and manage inventory counts during shift handovers.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and welcoming for all customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth location.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
