Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, execute accurate stock counts, and restock shelves to ensure product availability.
- Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store layout by organizing displays and adhering to company visual standards.
- Operational Support: Assist in processing transactions, handling returns, and managing the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and back areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow associates to ensure seamless operations during the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not required; we value attitude over experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
