Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain high visual standards and product availability.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process sales transactions.
- Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily operational goals and targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing store needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required.
