Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product locations and answering inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and storage areas.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily operational goals and targets.
- Handle cash handling and register balancing with strict accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist in unloading shipments and organizing incoming merchandise.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation is required for daily commuting.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
