Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily performance goals.
- Monitor stock levels and alert management when reordering is necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a full-time basis.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
