Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization for weekend operations.
- Ensure the sales floor and back areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily operational goals.
- Perform light data entry and paperwork as required.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Virginia Beach or North Carolina location.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
