As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service during the weekend rush. We are looking for reliable team members who are ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and answering inquiries regarding products and services.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, organization, and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment at all times.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with the weekday staff to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Handle basic data entry and reporting tasks as assigned by the shift supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Dallas location.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
