Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks with precision and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during night shifts.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Operate standard office and logistics equipment (handheld scanners, printers, etc.) as required.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization within the work area.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work Weekends and/or Night Shifts on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanners.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Austin facility.
