Job Overview
As a Weekend Representative, you will be the face of our operations during our peak weekend hours. You will ensure our customers receive top-tier service while managing daily logistics operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during weekend shifts.
- Process incoming orders, verify accuracy, and update the inventory management system.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Assist with warehouse organization, packing, and shipping duties as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Handle cash handling and point-of-sale transactions with 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in business or logistics is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Minneapolis location.
