Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Assist with receiving stock, stocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to maintain a high-quality shopping environment.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Checkout Support: Ring up purchases accurately, process returns, and handle cash or card transactions with precision.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company safety protocols, inventory control procedures, and dress code standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (and some weekdays if needed for shifts).
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and punctuality are essential.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor efficiently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (but not strictly required).
