Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and restock shelves efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers by answering questions and resolving issues.
- Operate cash registers and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and securely.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the weekend management team to meet daily operational goals.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including security checks and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Previous experience in retail, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Indianapolis facility.
