Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders within strict timeframes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in strict compliance with all safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklifts, Pallet Jacks) safely and responsibly.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks to ensure 100% order accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with the shift team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation processes.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with a high degree of reliability and punctuality.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to utilize handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
