Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of freight trucks to ensure timely departures and deliveries.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory with high accuracy to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and responsibly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and operational targets.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Weekend Shifts).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Louisville facility.
