Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and stage inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, verify stock levels, and ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet our high-quality standards before shipment.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to coordinate workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various floor surfaces.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver's license.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards continuous improvement.
