Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during weekend peak hours (Sat-Sun 8am-8pm)
- Process transactions accurately and maintain store cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory and merchandise presentation in high-traffic areas
- Operate POS systems and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Support promotional events and weekend sales initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday & Sunday shifts)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Basic math proficiency and POS system familiarity
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to cover weekday training sessions if needed
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for inventory tasks)
