Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload freight using powered industrial equipment (Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and operational deadlines.
- Utilize barcode scanners and computer systems to track inventory and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
