Responsibilities
- Perform accurate sorting, packing, and shipping of merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- Ability to work full weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid ID.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Billerica facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
