Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and welcoming.
- Process incoming and outgoing inventory with attention to detail.
- Resolve customer inquiries and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
