Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist customers in locating products and providing detailed product information.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-merchandised to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with fellow associates to maintain high levels of customer service during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
