Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product selections.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to ensure a clean, inviting store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store operational standards.
- Assist in inventory management and handling returns or exchanges.
- Keep the sales floor tidy and free of hazards to ensure customer safety.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays is required.
- No previous retail or sales experience is necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be reliable and willing to commit to a weekly schedule.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
