Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves and displays with new merchandise to ensure the store is well-presented.
- Keep the sales floor and restrooms clean, organized, and inviting for shoppers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and markdowns as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
