Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service during weekend shifts.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer inquiries about our merchandise.
- Stock shelves and display areas to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns.
- Perform routine cleaning duties, including dusting, mopping, and trash removal.
- Help manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- No prior retail or sales experience required; training provided.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
