Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly, answer questions about products, and guide them through their shopping experience.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately at the register, handling cash and digital payments efficiently.
- Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing by restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are up to standard.
- Inventory: Assist with inventory counts, receiving new stock, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to show up on time, every time.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and computer navigation.
