Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the store is organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and stocking deliveries.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to all company safety and operational policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent full-time basis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
