As a Weekend Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the visual appeal of our store and ensuring our customers have a seamless shopping experience. If you are reliable, energetic, and ready to start immediately, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale using our POS system.
- Operate inventory management systems to track stock levels and report shortages.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash handling.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid photo ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
