As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience while maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and displays to ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
- Assist with inventory management, including regular stock counts and returns.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the schedule.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
