Responsibilities
- Merchandising & Stocking: Organize shelves, rotate stock, and ensure product displays are clean and appealing to customers.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operations: Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash register duties responsibly.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas tidy and well-maintained at all times.
- Inventory Control: Assist in inventory counts and report any discrepancies or damaged goods to management.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and management to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to use point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
