Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer questions regarding inventory and promotions.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean and welcoming.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain operational standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock as needed.
- Ensure the store complies with all safety and security policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
