Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet all customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Sales Operations: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions efficiently, and handle returns or exchanges.
- Merchandising: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked throughout your shift to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and store policies to answer customer inquiries confidently.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work scheduled weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years of age.
