Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product recommendations to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and credit payments, and manage returns efficiently.
- Merchandising: Maintain store standards by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and ensuring product displays are appealing.
- Store Operations: Assist in store setup and closing procedures, including opening and closing registers and securing the facility.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for shift changes.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and staff.
