Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
- Stock merchandise on the sales floor and ensure displays are organized and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and preparing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the Back Bay location.
