Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Stock merchandise and ensure store shelves are fully stocked and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with periodic stock counts.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment for all customers.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexibility to work various shifts within the weekend block.
