Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in our emergency department during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families
- Participate in weekend on-call rotations for critical cases
- Maintain strict compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license (required)
- BSN degree with 2+ years of clinical experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current)
- Strong weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Experience in emergency or critical care preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- EMR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
